What evidence do you have?

WHAT EVIDENCE DO YOU HAVE?

INTRODUCTION

Church, last Sunday we talked about substance — that faith is the foundation under what we are hoping for.

But today we go deeper.

“Faith is… the evidence of things not seen.”

Not imagination.
Not wishful thinking.
Not positive vibes.

Evidence.

Evidence is what wins a case.
Evidence settles arguments.
Evidence removes doubt.

So the Bible says faith is not blind.

Faith is proof — before proof shows up.

 WHAT DOES “EVIDENCE” MEAN?

The word means:

• Conviction
• Proof
• Inner certainty
• That by which something is tested and proven

Faith is heaven’s courtroom evidence.

You may not see the answer yet…
But something inside you knows. THIS IS THE BORN AGEN EXPERIENCE, THIS IS WHAT YOU RECEIVED.

 FAITH SEES WHAT EYES CANNOT SEE

Gospel of John 20:29 (KJV)

“Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.”

Sight says:
“I’ll believe it when I see it.”

Faith says:
“I believe it — and I will see it.”

Faith is spiritual eyesight.

NOAH — EVIDENCE BEFORE RAIN

Book of Genesis 6:13–14 (KJV)

“And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me… Make thee an ark of gopher wood…”

Then Hebrews explains it:

Hebrews 11:7 (KJV)

“By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark…”    

Things not seen as yet.

There had never been rain like that.
No storm clouds.
No radar.
No history of floods.

But Noah had evidence.

Explain our mission for eternal life

God said it.

That was enough.

He built for something nobody else believed.

🔥 Faith builds in dry seasons.

Imagine neighbors mocking him:
“Why are you building a boat?”

Because he had evidence of things not seen.

And when the rain came…
The evidence became visible.

Church — some of you are building right now.
People don’t understand you.
But you’re not crazy.
You have evidence.

 ABRAHAM — WALKING TOWARD WHAT YOU CANNOT SEE

Book of Genesis 12:1 (KJV)

“Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country… unto a land that I will shew thee.”

No address.
No GPS.
No brochure.

Hebrews 11:8 (KJV)

“By faith Abraham… went out, not knowing whither he went.”

Verse 10:

“For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.”

He never saw it with his natural eyes. HOW MANY SEEDS ARE YOU SOWING AND MAY NEVER SEE THE RESULTS.
But he saw it by faith.

🔥 Faith walks before maps are drawn.

Some of you are in that season.
You don’t see the outcome.
But you have something inside you saying,
“Keep walking.”

That’s evidence.

THE WOMAN WITH THE ISSUE OF BLOOD

Gospel of Mark 5:27–28 (KJV)

“When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.”

She was not healed yet.
Symptoms still there.
Pain still there.

But she had evidence in her spirit.

Verse 29:

“And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up…”

She acted before she saw.

🔥 Faith moves first.

She had inner evidence — and heaven responded.

 FAITH IS CONFIRMATION BEFORE DELIVERY

When you order something…
You get confirmation.

Tracking number.
Receipt.

You don’t have the package yet.
But you have proof it’s coming.

Faith is heaven’s receipt.

THE GREATEST EXAMPLE — THE RESURRECTION

Jesus told them plainly.

Gospel of Matthew 16:21 (KJV)

“…he must go unto Jerusalem… and be killed, and be raised again the third day.”

Friday came.
He was dead.

No visible evidence of resurrection.

But Sunday morning…

Gospel of Matthew 28:6 (KJV)

“He is not here: for he is risen, as he said.”

“As he said.”

The evidence was in His Word before the stone rolled away. WHAT WORD DO YOU LIVE BY? BIBLE AND HOLY GOST OR?

🔥 Your Sunday is scheduled even if your Friday looks dead.

 PERSONAL STORY INSERT (Example Framework)

You can insert something like:

A time in ministry when:

But something inside said,

 TO TURN BACK, AND I DID NOT

You didn’t see the outcome.
But I DID NOT TRUST IN THE EVIDENCE

And later — it manifested. FOR 2 YEARS OF BAD TIME

the evidence of things not seen ONLY IF I WOULD HAVE LISEN….. SO PLEASE LISTEN TO THE HOLY GOST IN WORD AND DEED.

WHAT FAITH EVIDENCE DOES

It makes you:

✔ Speak when others are silent
✔ Build when others mock
✔ Walk when others freeze
✔ Praise before the breakthrough
✔ Give before the increase

BUILD TO THE CLOSE

BROTHERS AND SISTERS — faith is not denying reality.

It is trusting a greater reality.

You may not see:

• The healing
• The prodigal coming home
• The financial breakthrough
• The ministry growth
• The open door

But if God said it…

You already have evidence.

But heaven already signed it.”
